Privacy slats can transform an ordinary chain link fence into the perfect fence for a back yard, at a fraction of the cost!

Not only are privacy slats a cost effective (and DIY friendly) option to transform chain link, they're also manufactured from high quality PVC, so, like your chain link fence, they're maintenance free and designed to last a lifetime.

Our slats are made in north America, and they are UV stabilized to resist fading. We carry a variety of sizes, styles and colours, but can accommodate most requests, particularly if you are looking for large quantities of a particular style and type of slat.

We also sell privacy slats direct to the public in bags that will cover ten feet of fence, and we also offer slat installation with chain link fences that we install. If you want to add privacy slats to your residential chain link fence, be sure to mention it to your Rite-Way representative.

Slat Profiles
We supply several different slat profiles, including bottom lock, finlink, lite link, winged and hedgelink. Different branches carry different profiles and colours, so it's a good idea to speak to your local branch about availability.
Slat Colours
Privacy slats are available in many different colours, depending on the profile chosen. Beige, grey, white and black are some of the more popular choices, but blue, red and green are also available in many profile options.
Easy to Install
Privacy slats are easy to install, and one of the most common DIY fence projects. Most types of slats simply slip into chain link fencing. Some click into a horizontal rail, but some don't. Talk to your Rite-Way representative to decide what works best for you.
Privacy Slat Heights
Privacy slats are available in various heights, from 4' all the way up to 12'. However, as you can see from the chart above, most residential applications would only ever require something between 4' and 6', so those are the heights we usually have in stock. Speak to your Rite-Way representative if you require anything else!
