Quality matters. We work hard to make sure we're proud to put our name on everything we do. Here's how we do it.

O&M Manuals

Many of our customers require operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, red line drawings and other documentation as part of their project closeout package.

We are always happy to provide these to our clients, provided that they advise us that they will be required during the project bidding stage.

While we always maintain quality records, they might not always be in the required format, and if you need documentation to meet your specific needs, our crews and project management team will need a heads up!

Rite-Way Fencing has implemented a documented quality management process, which allows us to set quality goals, measure our progress in reaching goals, and make critical changes.

Supplier Relationships

Fencing is part art, part science, and a whole lot of planning and design. While we have the art and science covered in house, there are products that we can't manufacture ourselves. Which is why we have established relationships with the best manufacturers and suppliers in the industry, so that we can offer our customers the very best products across the board.

We're also one of the biggest fencing producers and suppliers in Canada, which means at any given time, we hold more stock than any other Canadian fence contractor.


Running a national fence corporation can be tough. Which is why we have put technology to work, equipping our crews with iPads on site to record data and safety information, building our own in house staff portal and more. Communicaton is the key to quality, so we work hard to keep everyone in the loop.

Continuous Improvement

Perhaps the most important pillar of quality management, Rite-Way Fencing strives to continuously measure, review and where necessary, revise our processes to ensure that we're always getting better at what we do.
